As we are dutifully following our daily and weekly skin care regimen to maintain our skin condition well, are we aware that it is just as important to manage the wear & tear, inside out, as the biological clock ticks....

Unfortunately, as we age, our collagen wears away over time. As for our skin, you will see sign of wrinkles.. sagginess in our skin. We may lose as much as 30% by the age we reach 40.
Other than just how we look, our mobility will also be compromised - loss of muscle mass and weakened bones.
Hence if we were to consume the suitable collagen supplements, this will help in managing the aging process. Skin Care Tips for Different Skin Types
Not everyone is blessed with Normal Skin Type. For this skin type, just follow a basic skin care regimen should be able to maintain the skin well.
Recommended Skin Care Regimen: Cleanse with KURAHITO-Cleansing Oil and Junmai Soap. Tone with KURAHITO-Skin Lotion. Moisturize with KURAHITO-Skin Cream. For special care, use TOJI Junmai-shu Facial Pack one to two times per week.
However, how about the rest of us?

1. Dry Skin
Dryness comes in varying degree.
* The common scenario would be skin moisture being lost due to long exposure in a dry room or in a low humidity environment.
* Other possibilities would be due to over-washing and the use of harsh soap. This will cause dryness coz’ the process strips off natural protective oil from our facial skin.
* Too much sun exposure. As the skin becomes driere, it becomes more flaky, cracks, premature aging and become sensitive.
* Lastly, due to aging.
Tips:
*Use gentle, natural soap
* Use a toner that can invigorate the skin
* Use a moisturiser suitable for dry and extra dry skin.
* Use hydrating mask at least twice a week, so to boost up the skin moisture level
* Drink plenty of water. Take protein, Vitamin A, C and E.
